BRAND NEW ITEMS Items purchased new in original branded packaging:

Because these items are new in original Apple or manufacturer's packaging, opening the package will render the item "used." These items are not likely to be defective, but may be incompatible or improperly used. Final responsibility for the condition, description and functionality of these original, packaged items rests with the manufacturer. You may contact the manufacturer directly or return the item to We Love Macs under the following conditions.

Please note, we do not manufacture these products. We will provide prompt replacement, but any issues concerning the quality of the product can be addressed directly to the manufacturer. Please indicate any damage or missing accessories immediately upon receipt. This is considered an insurance issue, not a warranty issue.

Repair or Replacement Warranty Applies if
There are no missing components. Item is returned within manufacturer's warranty period indicated on webpage; Item has not been misused.

No Credit For:
Used, open box or defective items received over 14 days prior; Items with parts missing; Items with accessories missing; Misused parts; Items received over 30 days ago; Opened software.

30% Restocking Fee Applies to:
Items with missing or damaged packaging received under 14 days ago; used items received under 14 days ago; defective items received under 14 days ago. Undamaged and unused open package items received 15-30 days ago.

15% Restocking Fee Applies to:
Undamaged and unused open package items received under 14 days ago. Items in unopened original packaging received 15-30 days ago.

Full Credit Applies to:
Items in unopened packaging received within the last 14 days.

Further conditions: To ensure prompt processing, return authorization numbers are valid for one month after issue. To avoid potential confusion or lost items, items returned without an authorization number will be refused. Just as a department store will not pay your mileage to bring back merchandise, WLM will not pay for shipping from customer to WLM for any reason. REFURBISHED ITEMS Used items that have been repackaged or reconditioned:

Because these items are not new, trying the item will not be a problem. However if the item has been misused, soiled, broken, or parts are missing, we may refuse the return. These items are not likely to be defective, but may be incompatible or improperly used. Final responsibility for the description and functionality of these refurbished items rests with the manufacturer. We Love Macs is responsible for the condition as shipped and the warranty indicated on the webpage. Because defective items may need to be returned to the manufacturer promptly, credit conditions are stricter.
