Advanced Replacements:

* An advanced replacement is done by shipping out the new part along with a UPS ground label for you to send the part back. We will need to temporarily charge your credit card for just the new part, no freight will be added to this. We will credit your card upon receiving the part from the original invoice back at our facility. This option is only available to DOA, or incorrectly sent items as determined by the technical support staff. We cannot offer free shipping and a return label for incorrectly ordered merchandise.

Exchange:

* We can also offer a normal exchange. This has no additional charge. Re-stocking fees may still be applied to the exchange. You can send the item back to us, and once we receive the item, we will process it, then ship out the new, or replacement part. This may be more desirable as it allows us to test and double check the parts before sending out another part that may or may not work. This procedure also applies to warranty replacements and mis-ordered merchandise.

Credit:

* Once the part is retured in its original condition, within the 14 day return policy, We Love Macs will issue a credit back to the original credit card used.
* Any orders returned for credit my be subject to a 15-30% restocking fee.
